Speed incorrect plus TV problems

I have three problems:

I am paying for M 200 Fiber Broadband. However, I did a speed check and it is presently showing at 17 Mbps. to 80 Mbps

My TV keeps dropping out, leaving me with a grey screen. Restarting T i v o box resolves the problem, until next time.

Also, while I am watching the TV, it loses connection. It re connects after a while but this is becoming a regular event. I raised the matter numerous times and in particular, on live chat 9th July 2020. I was kept online for approx. 8 hours. Still no resolution.

I have cancer, asthma and other serious health problems. They kept me online for 8 hours. Eventually, I had to log off. I have raised about a 100 complaints. Not 1 acknowledgement.

What on earth is going on?
