Speed evening problems

I have been getting slow speed starting Monday 9th November. It only happens in the evening. During the day my speed is perfect, 200mb. I thought Virgin would have fixed it by now, but today, once again, for the 5th day, its crazy at 9mb. No where near 50%.  Here are my info from modem:

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you should post the link straight away.

Post a 'Live Link' to your BQM on here.

Instructions for posting BQM Link

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.

Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.

On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)

In the URL box paste the link you copied and in the ‘text to display’ box write My BQM then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

Two of your upstream channels are not showing the correct QAM value, which shows there could be a line fault:

Thanks for popping back with your speedtest; was this over a direct wired connection? 

 

I have located your account from here and can see it's been over a week since your last reboot - we have no known area issues showing form this end and your Upstream channels seem to be showing the correct stats at the time of checking. 

 

All signal levels are within the parameters we would expect for your package and no errors are showing. We can see that you're currently in Modem mode; do you  have the same issue when in router mode over a wired connection? 

 

Have you been able to set up a BQM for us as suggested? 

 

Please do pop back with updates if you're still having issues.
