We are on the M200 broadband package and have been suffering multiple drop outs daily for a few months. There is no local problem reported in service status though a lot of out neighbours are having the same problem. My download speed can drop from 200 to 0.2 Mbps at different times of day. There is no pattern, just that it's bound to happen every day.
I've followed the rebooting, resetting advice many times and it hasn't helped. I now have to keep my phone handy in order to tether my mac to it when it drops out at critical times while working.
I will try and attach the requested log files in another message as every time I try to post this it says "correct highlighted errors and try again" ...there is nothing highlighted.
