Sorry as you say it has been ongoing for a bit, we hopefully have it sorted ref F006595974 and are currently monitoring things, if you still notice a problem please would you be kind enough to post the BQM demonstrating it so we can feedback to networks.

No improvement here. Cant stream netflix, nowtv, Tivo ondemand, youtube. Websites take 30sec + to load

@modteam once again still no changes at all to both my home connection nor the ctms gateway and this is already getting close to dealing with this issue for nearly two months and not a single proper fix as of yet Smiley Frustrated

the only time it was fixed was between 30/09 until 05/10 (total out 6 days with no issues at all) if this helps in anyways at all

Do we all need to put in MD / high level complaints to get anyone to take note? Worse than ever now as not only is the speed terrible the internet keeps cutting off completely.

This is now ridiculous, this has been going on too long, sick of the false 'its been fixed' message quite obviously it is not fixed as you will see below. Now the question is when is this going to be fixed ?

I have had 2 engineer visits both say its a network fault, last engineer stated he was passing my details to the area manager so he could monitor the connection and to gather further details, surprise surprise though heard nothing. 

I have called tech support on several occasions who say they cant see a fault and want to pass you to 'Gadget support' which is chargeable or want to try and fix the wifi even when in modem mode. I have logged a complaint after been hung up on, promised call back with 24hrs that was last Sunday 14th and guess what no telephone call.

@modteam this is a complete and utter joke on how it isn't fixed still Smiley Sad

i don't understand why you couldn't just get the "network" team/people to keep watching this thread for live input of what's going on so we could cut out the middle person to get this fixed faster Smiley Mad
