My guess would be a routing QoS issue

Is your latency low if you ping 194.168.4.100? should be 10ms you can also run tracert 80.249.99.164

I had an engineer out on the 27th. When he was here the connection disconnected and he stated it was a network snr problem that would be fixed on the 1st October (for once he was right as well) then on the 6th it’s just been getting worse and worse. Unable to stream or download anything, web pages are a joke as well as they take anything for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Seems like it happening between the hours of 4pm and midnight so looking like it could be the over subscribing issue I had for over 2 years previously.

the issues ive posted shows both my connection and the ctms which both are showing 100% the same you can even see message #14 confirms that im monitoring the ctms gateway

 @Ralph_R it seems when i do a traceroute to 80.249.99.164 it seems to leave brad-core-2b same with every other website that i test so i wonder if the same issue thats on brad-core-2a is also on brad-core-2b

Its getting worse can not even stream anything (youtube, netflix, virgin ondemand) and the internet is so slow. Plus dont know whats going on with this :-

welcome to the world of virgin media,

i have been suffering non stop issues for nearly 10 years now, my newest issues of over subscription slow to virtually stop internet and a ping of 25ms from bristol to bristol ( joke in its self ), is not even going to be looked at until feb 2019. I am afraid its something you have to live with, they couldn't give a toss about the customers just their money.

i also have the issue with the super hub 3 puma 6 problems, by the way virgin say there is no issues with it, its fine but their tech teams say different, you get used to the constant lies from virgin crappy media.

Oh and before you say " why haven't you moved to someone else ", i have nobody else to go to in my area.

Beyond a joke now.

Sites not working netflix, NowTV, Deezer, Youtube, none will stream at all. The BBQM is looking worse every day and now its not restricted to between 4-12, its happening most of the time. Here are my BBQM's from the last few days (had a change in IP address due to a power outage).
