also can confirm the problem is happening to me also I've got no idea but last time it took over 2 months and the worst part is that we need to ring up and explain the problem to get the damn thing reported whiles being forced to test it in modem mode when the fault is elsewhere on the network which I've pointed out

Same again for me tonight.

Took 2 tweets for the social media team to respond and even then there is no response here. Sent direct messages to mods on here only to receive an auto response saying don’t direct message mods.

Pointless wasting time by calling Virgin as everything apparently looks fine from their end, pointless sending an engineer out because this only happens in evening peak times.

Call me a conspiracy theorist but the silence is deafening.

Think this thread must be invisible. Just what is going on?

i fully agree it's a joke but the worst part is the more we keep on bumping this thread the longer it's gonna take for someone to reply from what i understand. 

i've also done the same sort of testing that would be needed to put the forward to the network team to fix as at the moment its a joke on how bad it is you can't even watch twitch for example and nearly every website is just so slow to load.

all tests and results below were done on modem mode on a single device @modteam

once again the problem seems to be with these servers that i once pointed out before

the problem is still there for me and due to you replying we'll have to wait even longer for a mod to reply which is something we badly need so we can get this looked into and sorted

 

guys, please don't reply until a mod response or else we'll be waiting even longer!

 

I'm not having a go just that this is how the forum team works when reporting an issue
