@modteam is there still no updates of what's going on and when issue will be fixed? this will make it two months of having these issues and still no fix!

after thinking and looking more into this it seems i might have another idea where the fault could be due to which route it takes as some of these are quite common when it comes to which server is being used. so during peak time it seems there's some sort of issue which seems to be very hard to find my guess is down to the network side with

i understand some of this might not matter at all but i would highly suggest looking into the network which i've highlighted and see what results you find. what i can say is between september 30th until october 5th was the only time it was fine i do hope this helps is some manner since issue been going on for two months now even the same results of the bqm shows the same on both my home connection and the local ctms gateway.

my idea is if it takes a certain route each time and its slow there must be some sort of fault on it... i did this by trace routering a few examples below from speedtest.net and twitch this is only a small sample but i'm very sure something will be found @modteam @Nicola_C

here's a fellow up since tuesday to keep people in the loop. as you can see on tuesday the issue was still there Smiley Sad

however for the past two days (wed/thurs) its been back to normal but it makes you wonder how long it will last or even what has changed for it to be fixed in the first place @modteam ,@Nicola_C
