I've seen quite a few people log issues in St Albans AL1 area and I've been having the same issues for months. I've tried everything inside the house (restarting, resetting, positioning of Hub etc) and no joy. Worst part is that I get the speed and drop out issues at the worst possible times, typically when I'm on work video calls. Has anyone had any luck getting these issues resolved with Virgin? If anyone from Virgin reads these, any guidance on what to do here?

sorry to hear that you have been having connection issues iwt your broadband. Have you been able to have this sorted since your post? Is this on wired or wireless connections? We can also check if there is a fault in the area, test the line, replace your equipment or book visits for you through our online tool virg.in/service
