Speed and TV unstable - oversubscribed again was the answer

Morning all

Please can someone from the team look at my levels/equipment again please - broadband is all over the place again and now the tv is breaking up. 

Been told on the phone that the area is oversubscribed.  Why are you still signing up customers then? Its been oversubscribed since 2014! 😞

I had a couple of months of respite so renewed my contract in August.  Now Im 6 months in and regretting it.

Please be advised I use my superhub 3 in modem mode .

It's still very wobbly and my V6 box now doesn't respond to remote control commands all the time. It's very wobbly. A new TiVo V6 box would be handy and if an engineer could look at the broadband that would be super.
