Hi,
I have been having trouble all week with my internet and come 11pm it becomes unusable. Speed tests seem to be ok on the download but there is no upload. I have checked in the day and again the download appears to be fine but there is no upload speed and the internet is unusable. I like many other rely on my internet for work and the upload is so bad I cant even have a teams call. I have checked the service status and there appears to be no faults.
I have attached the router logs from my hub4 just in case it helps

The downstream logs are fine. Can you post the upstream data and network log?
Is the speed equally bad on ethernet and WiFi connections?
