Since my upgrade from 200 to 350 as part of the VOLT benefits my upstream speed has intermittently dropped from 36 mbps to around 5 mbps with QAM dropping to 16 on three or four channels. Downstream is rock solid. Prior to the ‘upgrade’ both upstream and downstream were rock solid.
Upstream went off a cliff at about 0940 this morning:

Hi Lee,
Probably a bit early to say. Had a few small spikes of packet loss around lunchtime yesterday, but Think Broadband’s BQM system went down last night and only started working this morning, so I’m missing a chunk of data from overnight. I’ll keep monitoring and report back when I have more to go on.
On another note, what is the ‘provisioning issue’ with my hub that @Kath_F refers to on the previous page of this thread?

This is not fixed. Packet loss has started again. Upstream QAM have dropped and upstream speed is slowing to a crawl. No faults showing on Virgin Media fault line. Can this be escalated to someone senior (area manager?) as the three engineers I have had visit have not been able to fix the problem and I am completely fed up with the situation.

Hi @pjayuk,
I'm very sorry to hear that. I've just checked the line using the information you provided when you signed up to the forums, and I can't see anything being detected there to explain these problems you're facing.
Is this connection issue ongoing for you today?
Thanks,

Hi Zach,
Yes, the intermittent packet loss, dropping upstream QAM, slow upstream and T3 timeouts are ongoing. One of my upstream QAM has just dropped to 32:
