Since my upgrade from 200 to 350 as part of the VOLT benefits my upstream speed has intermittently dropped from 36 mbps to around 5 mbps with QAM dropping to 16 on three or four channels. Downstream is rock solid. Prior to the ‘upgrade’ both upstream and downstream were rock solid.
Upstream went off a cliff at about 0940 this morning:

You need to setup a BQM to see what your circuit is doing during those hours. I also noticed some PostRS errors showing. Keep an eye on those as they should be zero, and rising numbers are usually a sign of noise ingress in the circuit.
The BQM setup is here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Hi @pjayuk
Thanks for posting. My apologies for the broadband issue.
I'll send you a PM as there's further tests we need to run.

Hi @pjayuk
Thanks for providing me those details. On running those tests, it states there is a provisioning issue. I've therefore sent some signals to the router to see if this resolves it. Please can you unplug your router for me, leave it 5 minutes and then plug it back in?
Let me know when done that so I can check things my side.
