Slow upload speed and Packet loss

Hello,

For the past 2 weeks I've been having slow upload speed and packet loss.

Ever since it started being really windy its been poor speeds and not able to do a lot, even browsing the internet is bad.

3.76 in the upload could be a local service issues affecting many local homes.
Check on 0800 561 0061 to see if there is a known fault in your street.

Thanks for coming back to us about your connection issues, I'm sorry you're still seeing low upload speeds 😥

Can I ask what type of connection this test was performed over please? WIFI or Wired? 

Has there been any new reports on our Service Status since you last posted?

Wired, had no problems before these almost 3 weeks now. But theres an issue with wired and wireless.

Did the that service status state any issues at all?
