We have had Virgin Media before and speeds were fine but we left for BT then came back a few months ago. Since rejoining our speeds have been nowhere near what they used to be (around 150Mb I think) and definitely nowhere near the 350Mb advertised by VM.

I have run the Virgin Media diagnostic test from the My Account panel and it told me to restart the router after 10 minutes. I did this however saw no improvement. These speed tests were done after restarting the router.
