Slow speeds since signing up

We have had Virgin Media before and speeds were fine but we left for BT then came back a few months ago. Since rejoining our speeds have been nowhere near what they used to be (around 150Mb I think) and definitely nowhere near the 350Mb advertised by VM.

Package: Vivid 350 Optical Fibre

I have run the Virgin Media diagnostic test from the My Account panel and it told me to restart the router after 10 minutes. I did this however saw no improvement. These speed tests were done after restarting the router.

Speed test result 1 (Wi-Fi, right next to router, MacBook Pro): http://www.speedtest.net/result/7920697829

Speed test result 2 (Wi-Fi, right next to router, iPhone 8): http://www.speedtest.net/result/7920700232

When downloading games from Steam I get around 6 MBps (48 Mbps) maximum (this is via Ethernet).

Re: Slow speeds since signing up

Hi mxicsi

I’m really sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with your broadband speed.
I've run a few checks on your connection and everything looks ok with your hub/network segment.
How are things looking with your broadband connection now?
Kind regards
