Slow speeds for the past week

I’m used to getting around 100mb download but it seems my hub is having signal issues.

I have tried the virgin media tests which also suggested this and advise me try again in 24hours to arrange an engineer

Could someone at virgin look at my hub stats?

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

  • Click on the “> Check router status” button
  • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.

Speeds seem ok in the morning actually, seems to be more of a evening issues which is making me think is my area over subscribed?

Hi @ashscrivens1, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding your broadband performance.

I've ran some diagnostics for you on your network, and it would appear that there are some power level issues to your Hub which is likely to be affecting the service you're getting.

I'll need to pop you a PM to ask some security questions, so I can book a technician in for you and get this problem resolved.
