Hi,
I’ve been experiencing slow speeds and high latency (including packet loss) on my M100. I’ve got a Hub3 in Modem mode and see the issues at various times of the day on both wired and wireless clients. All coax cable and connections look fine and I’ve done a full reset of the Hub3 to no avail.
The one thing I have noticed that the modulation on the upstream drops to 32/16QAM when the problem happens and based on that I started to monitor this as you can see in the graphs it fluctuates quite a bit. Power levels seem steady.
Any ideas as to what the issue might be? Hub3 and BMQ stats below.
