I seem to be having a problem with my speeds on what has been up till now a pretty good service.
Speed tests from Ookla are showing
Which is rendering my broadband as nearly at dial up speeds.
These are the stats
If someone can come up with any ideas that can easily be explained to an idiot I would be grateful, because obviously something is wrong and just turning it off and on again is about the extent of my technical ability.

in a few words your downstream is rubbish - your upstream is as bad
you need input from VM to say if its an area fault or just your line - if the latter you need a tech to sort it

Thanks. I always check the area status just in case and it’s mostly clear whenever I do a speed test. Looks like a call for a engineer is in my future.
