I have the broadband 200 package and it’s been great but now I’m only getting speeds of around 103 I test throughout day and I’m not getting anywhere near the 200 I used to get nothing on my set up has changed. As usual no chance getting through to virgin so thought someone on here can help or at least explain why it gone wrong on me

Wi-Fi connection it’s like it has dropped speed in half regular speed test of 107 I have tested Ethernet and still half speed

Hey Kent1173, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear you are having some connection issues.
If is with a WIFI connection this speed is looking good, we only measure speed through the hub, so a cable connection.
