I am on Vivid 350 its more like Vivid 100 the last few days.

As you are testing on wired I assume that's a PC or laptop.  Can you boot it up in safe mode and try the speedtest again.  That will take out any software running in the background that can limit the speed - such as Dell's Smartbyte or certain antivirus packages.  If you can also do that with the Hub in modem mode, that will take out any other devices from connecting at the same time.

Booted into safe mode and got full speed! found the app limiting my speed. Thanks for suggesting that.
