Slow speed

Hello, I was getting extremely slow speeds yesterday, so I restarted my router and after it restarted it would not connect to the internet the web page on the router was showing access denied on the internet. So I did the pinhole reset and that seems to get it to connect again, but the speeds are still super slow than they should be.

Down RS errors may be an issue too. Whilst waiting here can you start from a blank sheet bt doing this. Down powers are on the low side too.  And the logs look bad !   I will ask VM to take a look here

Switch the Hub off and unplug it for a few minutes and then start up. When done, check back in the settings and ensure that the RS error counts have all reset to 0. Then check every hour or two to see if they start reappearing - they shouldn't. If they do (particularly the postRS ones) you have a problem (noise) that only a Tech visit will sort. And see if the Up power levels are still high (>51)

Hello ok, a bit lost here is where do I need to look to see the RS error counts in the setting?

Also, my speed seems to be better right now not sure if something changed or somehow fixed its self.

in the second downstream table - the 2 columns marked pre &b post RS errors 🙂

I can see from comparing the two tables you posted that they are still accumulating far too quickly - and you will probably need a Tech visit
