Hi can anyone tell me why my upgrade has not yet been applied to my account. I upgraded to M500 from M200 about 8 hours ago and still nothing. And to top it off my speeds aren’t even hitting my original package speed, it’s fluctuating between 10mb to 130mb but constantly, and it’s annoying me now. It’s affecting gaming, and movies.

If your speeds are varying so much it suggests that you are connecting by WiFi, or there is something seriously wrong with your broadband service.
What speeds do you get with an ethernet connection, which is the only guaranteed speed?

when I connect to Ethernet there’s a difference of 20-30mb. Wirelessly through WiFi I’ve always hit 200-220mb and always steady at around that speed but today it’s been awful, mainly since I upgraded, even though the upgrade isn’t working.

If you could connect to your Hub at 192.168.0.1 and copy/paste here the downstream, upstream and network logs, we can see what service you are connected to and if the service is working correctly.

What do I copy paste into here? Sorry, I’m technical but not that technical. I’m on my router page looking at the upstream/ downstream now

Screenshot it and put it into here?

For each of those three sets of data. Copy as text and then paste into a post here. Don't screenshot as it will have to pass moderation first.

Going from those logs, some of the downstream levels are pushing the lower spec limit and the upstream levels are pushing the upper limits. You may need a technician visit to sort this out.
What speeds do you get with a device connected by ethernet with no other devices connected?
