Slow internet

My broadband is around 30 - 40 m/s, when it should be 350 m/s. has been slow for quite a while.

done lots of speed checks, rebooting etc .

have Ethernet on main devices. ran tests on chrome with with windows 10

It could be, is it only slow during the day?  Since the lock down a few areas are struggling with a lack of peak time capacity, this typically results in slow speeds between 7am and midnight weekdays and all weekend but normal speeds outside of those hours.

The hub stats posted look OK, so it would be helpful to know if speeds improve at off peak times.

Sorry to hear of your broadband issues, do you have an update for our Forum users?

 

Can you also please advise me if you've been able to perform the speed tests in modem mode to ensure that no other devices are connected when running the test to ensure we get the most accurate reading

Will try this, but speeds are really down compared to what used to get, at the same times as before.

As said speed tests show 30 to 40, instead of around 300 to 350, as before.

Wow, pc backup to speed.

Managed to speed test daughters laptop on WiFi, and got speed of 160mb/s.

So test pc again , and still only 36 , so thought I'd remove the msi killer network software packages, and wallah, did new test and now showing 383 mb/s.

So connection ok, just consider with lockdown. Now to hope Xbox picks up. Prob Xbox live ?

Xbox speeds are not accurate. In fact no console speed tests are.
