Slow internet

I upgraded yesterday 4pm from 100 to 500mbps and speeds jumping around 100mbps on 5ghz and 2.5ghz ping should be around 7 to 9 it's between 17 and 22 called VM and fobbed off with a temporary problem in your area after half hour of bs suggested turn off and on's ,cheked status nothing wrong in my area
