I'm creating a new post as my previous one has gone unanswered since Sunday and I'm seeing people being answered who posted on Monday.
Please can you get back to me with why my download speed is hovering at 10-25% of the subscribed speed? On Friday night there was an error with the internet in my local area. Your site advised that an engineer had been sent out and that it would be resolved by Saturday 6am. It now shows there are no problems but all of my neighbours on Virgin are suffering with poor speeds, as well as me.
I'm currently watching a game download at 500kb/s (+-1Mb). I have never seen the speeds drop below 100Mb so in general I'm very happy. However, a week of this is starting to take its toll.
If we start streaming some TV, nobody else can use the net. Is there something you can do in the short term to resolve this? We have home working, home schooling and entertainment on hold, or being held back, due to the poor service. The lack of answer in 5 days is also a tad concerning.
Looks like a load of us are having the same problems. My post from Monday has now gone unanswered. They clearly have a problem, presumably nationally but don't want to say. Shocking behavior, clearly there are problems somewhere.
