Slow internet and high latency

I've been having this issue for at least three months where my internet speeds are very slow compared to what I should be getting with the M350 package (only around 30-40% speed). In the afternoon/evening times it usually gets even worse. Since I also do gaming, the latency is all over the place.

Channels 23 & 24 on your Downstream are too high and your BQM look like you are in an area of high utilisation.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 10 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
