Slow internet and Netfix disconnecting

Help required keep getting slow internet connection and when watching Netflux periodically total loss off signal for a couple of ninutes meaning I have to reconnect every so often in the middle of a program 

 

Getting fed up now

Bit more detail needed. How are you watching netflix? On a TV App - connected to the Hub? Or via a V6 - or a Tivo - box connected to the TV? Or on some other device connected to the Hub? Are those connections wifi or wired ?

Watching netflix on a Smart tv connected to wifi just keeps dropping out and needs reconnecting after a few mins

OK - try connecting the TV to the Hub by Cat5e/6a ethernet cable and see if that "cures" it (20m of Cat5e cable is only >£5 on eBay --- useful to have!). If it does, then you know that it is a problem with the wifi connection on the TV. Then there are things to do to try and fix that.

Connected tv today via Ethernet cable and still same problem just cut off and had to reconnect minutes later
