Sorry to hear that you're still struggling with this. I've just taken another look and I can see a fault that I missed before because the SNR fault was first and foremost at the time. This fault is for high peak time traffic and the ref is: F004741873, this will be reviewed on the 14th Feb.

OK it is not 14 the Feb yet but it occurs to me that when speed is at it's best it is just below 70 - the speed I was on before I got upgraded to 100. Is there a chance that my upgrade has not been activated properly. My max speeds on my hub settings are ok for 100 but could there be something at your end that has not been set up properly?
On another point, I am paying for 100 and not getting it. How about a discount please.
