I've ben having problems the past 3 weeks with slow wifi. Plugging my laptop in to the router is sometimes better but not practical.
Today plugged in I was getting about 40Mbps but on wifi I was getting about 10Mbps, I'm getting similar across a few different devices.
I read on another post that the router status result could be useful, does the below mean anything to anyone?

Sorry to hear you have been having slow speeds on wireless devices. I can understand this is not ideal and want to best help.
I have been able to access your account using forum details to further look into this. After running some checks it looks as if there may be an issue with your downstream power levels and an engineer may need to be sent out to resolve this. You should be able to find your appointment listed in your my VM account under the tab "My orders and appointments". You can also reschedule the appointment there.
