Slow Upload speed - KT4 area

On our wavelength

Hi - my download speed is consistent but the upload speed fluctuates wildly throughout the day and I am lucky if I get 10Mbps (often hovers around 5Mbps) when I should get 36Mbps on my package.

I get these speeds both via wired and Wi-Fi connections.

The only time I get the full upload speed is 1st thing in the morning and from 9am and onwards it varies greatly.  

I have a Hub4 - any suggestions on settings to check or should I just report this to Virgin for an engineer to check out?

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

Hi - I have posted the information from the router below and set up the Broadband Quality Monitor

Brilliant!- The power levels look fine bur the T3 timeouts are a concern!

Are there any local outages?

The most useful and up to date info comes from the 0800 561 0061 number. Try that to see if there are any faults that the web service hasn't picked up!

Just called the 0800 number and no service issues in my area currently.

Would you suggest I contact Virgin directly to get them to look at this in more detail?
