Hi Guys,
I noticed that (whilst gaming) I'm getting really low upload speeds.
I did a SamKnows test and it says that I'm currently getting 5mbps to the router, which is pretty bad.
I am currently on a 1Gig Plan. My Router says my max is 55mbps.
I get this low speed on both wired and wireless connections. Anyway to bump this up?

Post your 'Upstream' tab data and we can check if something is out of spec.

Also is this normal as well?
Getting lots of Packet Loss? What could be the cause of that?

As suspected you have issues with your upstream channels (QAM should be 64 on all four channels).
Lots of T3 timeouts.
Power levels very high also.
VM need to investigate further.

They said that they'll get someone to look into it in the morning.
They did do that, my only complaint is that I wasn't warned about any work they'll do to my router, I was without internet for about 20/25 minutes during my working hours which was a pain.
Can see I'm getting some more packet loss again but not as bad as last time, so I'm just monitoring it for now.

It's okay.
My upload isn't a problem but I do still seem to be getting packet loss.
It seems to happen just before 8PM where my max latency goes higher and then more packet loss occurs.
This is my router at the moment
