Virginmedia were doing some work in our area on the 7th but not sure if related to my issue. However, I am still getting variable upload speeds and errors as per screenshot below.
Can you advise if the work undertaken was to do with my issue, as resolution was originally due by 31st Jan.

Come on Virginmedia. My upload speeds have been up and down for months. Will the issue ever be resolved?

I am sorry to hear about the service issues you are having.
I have had a look at things from our end and can see there is an area issue that is likely the cause of the speed concerns you have raised.
The estimated fix time for this is the 17th February at 3pm.
