Slow Speeds

Hi, getting slow speeds. Upgraded a few weeks back to 200, not that I ever got above 20 when on 100. Today I'm lucky to get 5mb. I think there's high contention and a few errors - power looks a bit low but not far out. Some logs:

Getting the same issues here mate.

It's not from the my router end either.

Seems like a lot of other Virgin Media customers are suffering them same issue.

Sorry I can't suggest a solution.

You have an upstream impairment, your upstream power is at max transmit on all channels.

You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about up to a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.

I phoned Virgin Media today and they sorted it out.

100mbps up to 330mbps.
