For a while I had problems with broadband, couldn't even watch YouTube on 1080p without buffering, so I decided to do some speed tests over few days and this is what Im getting
This is absolutely pathetic. I don't pay VM for 100Mbit to get an 8! I will be doing speed tests every night (I'm on Ethernet cable) cos I will be claiming my money back. This is a rip off. When I was on VIVID 200 I never even seen anything close to that number so I downgraded. Feel like downgrading to 50 now and if wont be getting that quit and change a provider.
Really sorry for the connection problems you're experiencing. I've just taken a look and I can see that we're working on an SNR issue in your area right now. The fault ref is F005772296 and we're hoping to have it resolved on the 27th. While this fault is on-going your connection might be slow and intermittent.
Would you please post back to us in a few days and we can test again.
