Slow Speeds, RG2 Reading.

Anyone else having slow speeds in the RG2 area of Reading ?.

Its been poor all day. We are only getting 3.5 to 4mb. So using Netflix on the TV is near impossible at present. Im on the 100mb package and generally its always 100mb.

Online status says no issues, but clearly there is...

Hub3 on Modem mode. PFsense router, and Ubiquiti UniFi AP's with controller. Pi-Hole DNS.

If nothing is showing  under check service status you should try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you've had over the Christmas weekend.

I have been able to locate your account via your community profile and have looked into your connection from our side and cannot see any issues. 

How has your connection been running since the weekend and have you seen any improvements at all?
