Every day I’ve been getting slower and slower speeds. I’ve attached the test results using the suggested website.
I’ve done all the suggested tips apart from testing with a cable as I don’t have one, nor a device to run it on.
As you can see from the attached screenshots tests have been done at different times of the day and night and it’s always slow.
I’ve been a long standing customer since the Telewest days and I pay a lot of money each month (Way above new customers) - where is the loyalty to long standing customers???
