Slow Internet Speeds

Lately during the evening my Internet speeds will drop drastically from my usual 100mbp up 10mbp down to different speeds. Varying every time I do a speed test. I've done  a pin reset, reset the router itself and anything else I can think of. 

Any ideas why this has been happening?

Are these speeds varying over wired & wireless connections?

It could make the difference between this being a broadband versus a WiFi-problem.

Do you have a BQM running? If not, I'd recommend setting one up - https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/list

I'm not sure what a BQM is.

I posted a link in message#2 above... This monitors your connection 24/7 and provides a pretty graph which identifies any underlying issues.

Hello JNewell, thanks for posting your first post and welcome to the community. 

Sorry to see you are having some issues regrading your wired internet connection. I have had a look into this and from from looking into BQM graph everything looks fine on our end. I have also had a look into the hubs specs and again everything looks fine. How have things been over the weekend and what sort of speeds having you been getting on a wired connection? Please do a speed test and post your results here via the link https://www.speedtest.net/
