I have Vivid 200
during the week I constantly get 200 download, come a saturday evening and I struggle to get over 20
I have reset router every weekend but doesn't seem to do anything.
Anyone had this and know how to sort it
Wired, wireless or both?
If it's only at peak times it could point to congestion in your area.
it has been like it all day there are only 4 houses in my street with virgin and our connection box is across my road.

Sorry to read you are having an issue with the broadband speeds on the weekend.
I've taken a look into this and I was unable to find any issues that would cause this. There are no faults in your area and the traffic is running low, which is good.
Do other devices have the same issue? Are more devices in use during the weekend?
If this happens again this weekend, try a speed test when the Hub is in modem mode to see if there is a difference. This will also eliminate other devices connected.

The number of devices is the same or even less on the weekend.
I have even ran a speed test on my laptop when sat in the same room as the router and still can't get above 20.
When ever I ring they say there are no errors but don't know why I get such low speed.
I will check this weekend and change to modem mode.
Sorry for the delay,
I am still having problems with speed. I have changed to Modem mode and nothing happened just got a red light and couldn't do anything. Moved back to router mode and speeds are around 12Mbps
Also when wire connected speed is not that fast.
Physically have no idea what to do.
