I have recently signed up to VM as I have moved to a new area. I am paying for the M350 package but I am experiencing speeds of only around 40Mbps. If I restart the router to factory settings it works for a short time at the rated speed but then drops off back down to the slow speeds again. Looking through the router status page I seem to have quite a lot of Post RS Errors on some channels and the SNR on a couple of them (CH11 and CH12) seems to be a fair bit lower than the rest. I have had an engineer out and all he did was switch out my Hub3 for a Hub4, and because the speed was where it should have been after the new hub was installed he left thinking the problem was fixed, however shortly after it returned to the slow speeds.
