Since going from 150 to 200 my connection is slower.

We have been happy with the 150bm/s service, on the whole. When its good we get max speed (around 16MB/s), when its not it drops right down Not often though. Since taking the free offer to go to 200mb/s we now get on average 11MB/s. Everything been rebooted etc, using wired connection. Seems like nothing is free these days.

Thanks but that link isnt working for me. Still not getting anything over 14-15MB/s
