Shocking performance of late

The last week or so, my broadband vivid100 has been shocking
Speedtest just showed 9.79mb download speed and a 21ms long
NOT the service I pay for

I've located your details and everything appears to be within spec at the moment.

 

If using WiFi, it's definitely worth Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel in order to potentially improve this type of connection.
