Self install 1 gig lost speed compared with m500 i had

Hi All

I just installed Hub 4 for the 1 gig service, i was m500 and got 550 download 99% of the time...

When i first turned on the hub 4 and did a speed test i was getting 945 download

i then get a text message from virgin to say they sent a signal and everything is ready, i then do another speed test and i can barley get over 300 download... can you see from below data if their is an issue...

All test carried out ethernet cable into Virgin Media Router...

Now i get these speeds surely something is not right here.

Sorry though this is happening, Clearly something isn't right
