Bad again. All week and especially the weekend, disconnects every hour or so. Wifi stops sending signal to wireless devices and getting kicked out of games and video streams because of disconnects.

Set up a free BQM to continually monitor the state of your connection 24/7 - at least you will have the actual data record.

Warning: Into gaming Swansea area? Do not go Virgin, this has been happening near enough a year and they will say they checked your connection and all is fine, but here is yet again more proof it is not. At this point I feel I should be asking for a refund each month, 2 disconnects in the last 40 minutes.Screenshot_2019-04-11 My Profile thinkbroadband.png

Sorry I didn't get an email that I had a response, no hub and it is still the same. This happened just tonight. I want to try my hand at streaming, but I am never going to get a consistent stream sadly. Pretty strong language if you do watch, sorry about that, I was rather mad.

We're very sorry about the problems you have been experiencing when trying to stream. 

Please can you confirm if you're connecting over WiFi or with an Ethernet cable when streaming?

Ethernet on the PC, phone (which also disconnects) on wifi, google home on wifi also which I usually call to if I get an ethernet disconnect to confirm it is not a PC or cable problem.
