My router keeps turning on and off and resetting over the last couple of days. Lights start flashing green i then lose internet connection ,phone and the TiVo box starts flashing red trying to connect. As I'm not always around I don't know how often this happened in the past but it is getting more frequent.

Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your Hub, it sounds like you need a replacement. We just need to confirm your delivery address, we can do this via online chat.

Trying  to connect to chat but unable as it is busy at the moment. What info do you require to sort out this problem.

Hello Heather

Because i could not get on the invited chat (Busy) I phone the 150 number for help but they were not much help as they ask me to check the connections (which seems fine) turn it off then on (which it does itself anyway) and now it has got a worse speed than before (download speed 19.7 upload speed 19.8). I will continue to try and contact the online chat for more help.
