Reduced download speeds - Vivid 350

Hey guys - not sure if anyone might be able to provide some advice.  
 
I've had Vivid 350 for a while and have had speeds of around 250 - 300 previously on D/L - even during peak times.   I've noticed recently that my D/L speed has reduced significantly on my wired connection to around 150 - 190 max.  Upload speed remains stronger than ever at 25-30.

I've rebooted my router recently.  But no joy.  I've pasted my stats below in case anyone can assist?

Your downstream power levels are too high and need to be reduced.

You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
