I'm really sorry to hear that the broadband speed has been lower than expected. I've had a look at your connection and can see no issues affecting your modem or the network segment.
Are you still experiencing these issues? If so are you able to test on another device via ethernet?

Sorry for late reply.
It semi sorted it self for now still get the odd time of it slowing down still not getting up to full 200. Must be a big demand locally I guess.
Oddly though the other day I noticed that my cable is becoming exposed outside the house due to a crack and hole in the pavement . Hoping it doesn't get any worse
Well it's back to it again last night and today dropped to 50mb/s and woefully slow again . I've reset the router 3 times and still same. i am connected via ethernet cable and it's the same on other devices.
I appreciate you posting back here.
Sorry to read you are still having an issue with the broadband speeds.
Looking at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine with no issues.
If this is still happening, can you post some speed test results whilst in modem mode please?
You can create a Broadband Quality Monitor, so we can see the performance of your connection.
Post back here with the results instead of creating a new thread as we can keep all replies together.
