For the past week I have been getting continuous slow speeds and complete drop outs. Rebooting the router works for 10 mins then drops again. Help is greatly appreciated!

Looks like a possible Upstream issue with the SYNC errors.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log. Also setup a BQM to monitor your incoming circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Once done we can comment of the state of your circuit.
In the meantime, check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your broadband service. I've been able to find your account and can see that you have been affected by a localised outage which was reported as resolved yesterday.
