I have been having issues for a week or two, speeds drop badly and a VM Modem reboot kind of helps (so using a power plug on shedule to automate this) however checking the router (in modem mode) i always see a lot of errors not corrected.
Question is does this look like an engineer is required or something else.....?
Any thoughts before attempting to contact customer support line.
You could phone in if you want the misery of dealing with VM's grimmer than grim telephone support. Or you'll get a response in a few minutes/hours from the forum team as I've flagged your post for their attention. Your data shows a simple problem of low signal to noise ratio on several channels, and that will need a technician visit to fix. The forum staff can advise on that.
For future reference, life's MUCH easier for those trying to help you if you post data as text not screenshots - the resolution of screenshots is poor and I have to alter my screen size to make the screenshots legible, and the forum software also strips out any personal data if (for example) you'd needed to post a network log.
