Power levels

Can the team have a look at my speed as it slows down and have had a few random drop outs during the day and night. Power levels seem to drop on the downstream and increase on the upstream during a 24 hour period.

You're right to be suspicious, your downstream power levels are too low on many channels, and the upstream is too high.  Usually that's a simple fix for a technician, and I've flagged for staff to advise, and they'll book a technician for you if that's appropriate.

Hi Frank029,

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Really sorry to hear that you're having problems with our internet services, with the random drop out and speed issues.

Remotely looking from our end we have located your account, from the details you have provided from your community profile and have done further checks for you. We can see that there is a power level issue and we would indeed need a technician to come and resolve this for you.

I have booked a technicians visit in which you can check the date and time here.

Kind regards Jodi.

Many thanks.

Thanks for your reply @Frank029

Please keep us updated and let us know how the visit goes.

Regards

Steven_L

Had the technician visit did a few things in the box down the road, and says the levels are in range.

Thanks for coming back to us @Frank029

I can see no issues on your account from our side and the engineer noted that you're getting full speeds, is that correct?

Regards,

Steven_L

All seems well at the moment i will just keep an eye on it for now.
