Post RS errors and was unable to stream a TV show earlier that usually plays okay.

Think broadband QM showing some noise on line.

192.168.0.1 says issue with WiFi but virgin media website says it's fine.

Hi,

Just turned the hub off for 5 minutes as advised. This has cleared the post RS errors and updated the SNR that was at 38 instead of 40.

The issues seems most prevalent in the evening around 9-11pm so I will see how it is this evening then come back to you.

Not been able to test wired connection yet as my partner is still unwell to use his work computer

After 3 hours Post RS error on channel 7 downstream and upstream channel 3 has dropped to 16 QAM modulation (this has been an issue since first got router, it is more often on 16 than 64). Usually get timeout errors on this channel too.

Issues still today, 3 of the SNR dropped from 40 to 38, should this happen?

@David_Bn yes issues with multiple devices and wired connection.

But very intermittent. After posting ethernet speed of 14.31 via ethernet. I ran WiFi again and it it was 113.52 then re did ethernet and it got 44.92 (all averages)

Thank you for your response @HGP

I have had a look into your hub data and service backend and everything appears fine. How is service today? Is there any improvement?

Thanks,
